Ingredients

 
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
½ cup finely chopped red onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Ginger-Flavored Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
hot cooked rice
chopped green onions to garnish
chopped dry roasted peanuts to garnish

Directions

  1. In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook turkey, onion and garlic until turkey is cooked through and onion is translucent. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

  2. Stir in soy sauce and next 3 ingredients. Cook until heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
