1 | Almost empty Justin’s® jar of choice plus additional Justin’s® Nut Butter |
Banana Ice Cream | |
Chocolate chips | |
Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding | |
Justin’s® Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, chopped, if desired |
Directions
For the Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding (Prepare The Night Before)
In jar with lid, combine all ingredients. Shake to combine. Refrigerate overnight until chia seeds expand and pudding forms.
For the Banana Ice Cream
In blender cup, place all ingredients. Blend until smooth like ice cream.
For the Parfait
In bottom of almost empty Justin’s® jar, place layer of banana ice cream. Drizzle with nut butter and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Top with a layer of chocolate chia seed pudding. Repeat layers until jar is full. Finish with another drizzle of nut butter and chopped peanut butter cups, if desired.
