Savory Thanksgiving Breakfast: Turkey and Stuffing Egg Strata Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
8 | cups prepared stuffing |
2 | cups chopped cooked JENNIE-O® Oven Roasted Whole Turkey |
1⅜ | cups grated Gruyere cheese |
8 | large eggs, lightly beaten or 2 cups egg substitute |
1½ | cups half-and-half |
½ | cup chopped fresh parsley leaves |
½ | teaspoon kosher salt, if desired |
½ | teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
¼ | teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions
In large bowl, combine stuffing, turkey and cheese. Transfer to lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Whisk together eggs half-and-half, parsley, salt, if desired, pepper and nutmeg until blended. Pour egg mixture over stuffing mixture. Press bread to soak. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
Heat oven to 350°F. Bake 45 minutes or until center reaches 165°F.
