Ingredients

 
1 pound HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® pork butt, cubed
¼ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Szechuan Spicy Sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
sliced green onions, crushed for garnish
red pepper flakes to garnish

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine pork and next 4 ingredients, stirring to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.

  2. Remove from marinade and discard marinade.

  3. Thread pork pieces onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.

  4. Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill pork skewers 12 to 15 minutes, turning often, until pork is cooked through.

  5. Garnish with green onions and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.
