Serve up an extra dose of yum at your next event with SPAM® Maple Flavored Baked Brie! This soft and gooey dip combines the sweet and savor flavors of apples, pecans, rosemary and sizzling SPAM® Maple Flavored.
Ingredients
½ | (12-ounce) can SPAM® Maple Flavored, coarsely chopped |
2 | tablespoons butter |
1 | small tart apple, peeled and sliced |
3 | tablespoons chopped pecans |
1 | teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary |
1 | round (8-ounces) Brie cheese |

Directions
Heat oven to 400°.
In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook SPAM® Maple Flavored 3 to 5 minutes, or until browned and crisped. Remove from skillet.
In same skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add apple and pecans. Cook, stirring, 5 to 7 minutes or until apple is tender. Stir in rosemary.
Cut Brie horizontally in half; place bottom half in a 9-inch pie plate. Top with half of the apple mixture and half of the reserved SPAM® Maple Flavored; replace Brie top. Top with remaining apple mixture and remaining SPAM® Maple Flavored.
Bake, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Serve warm with crackers.
