1 | (12-ounce can) SPAM® Classic cut into cubes |
1 | red bell pepper cut into 3/4 inch pieces |
1 | red onion cut into 3/4 inch wedges |
2 | cups fresh pineapple chunks |
⅓ | cup teriyaki sauce |
Directions
Heat grill to medium heat.
Alternately thread SPAM® Classic, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple onto 8 to 12 skewers.
Grill the skewers, turning occasionally and brushing with teriyaki sauce, for 8 minutes or until kabobs are hot and have thick grill marks
