Ingredients
3 | tablespoons jalapeno pepper jelly |
Sliced jalapeno pepper, to taste | |
3 | tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter |
2 | slices rustic bread |
1 | tablespoon butter |
Directions
In small bowl, mix pepper jelly and jalapeno slices . Spread mixture on 1 side of 1 bread slice.
Spread peanut butter on 1 side of remaining bread slice. Press together. Spread half of the butter over top slice of bread.
Heat grill pan to medium. Place sandwich buttered side down in pan. Spread remaining butter over top slice of bread. Grill sandwich 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until sandwich is golden brown.
