Ingredients

4 bunches broccolini (about 2 pounds)
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
Red pepper flakes
¾ cup water
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add broccolini. Saute 5 to 6 minutes, or until bright green and tips begin to brown. Add garlic, salt and red pepper flakes. Continue cooking 1 minute, or until garlic is fragrant. Add water. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until tender. Remove to platter. Serve with lemon wedges.
