Ingredients

 
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
½ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 (1-pound) package SADLER’S SMOKEHOUSE® pulled pork
8 leaves Bibb or butter lettuce
¼ cup shredded carrots

Directions

  1. In saucepan over medium heat, whisk together water, cornstarch, and sesame seed oil until smooth. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger, and garlic. Continue to whisk 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add pulled pork and stir to combine. Divide pork pork mixture among lettuce leaf cups. Top with shredded carrots.
