This refreshing vegan smoothie bowl pops with bold color provided by dragon fruit. Topped with peanut butter, bananas, blueberries, chia seeds, coconut, agave nectar, and granola. Every bite is a different experience with this cooled tropical treat.

Ingredients

 
1 (10-ounce) package frozen dragon fruit
1 banana
¼ cup unsweetened plant milk
½ cup blueberries
½ banana, sliced
¼ granola
1 tablespoon SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Blended with Plant Protein Creamy
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon coconut shreds
1 tablespoon agave nectar

Directions

  1. In blender cup, place dragon fruit, banana and plant milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl.

  2. Top with blueberries, banana slices, granola, peanut butter, chia seeds, coconut and agave nectar.
