Ingredients
1 | cup plain Greek yogurt |
2 | cups frozen banana slices |
¼ | cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter Blended with Plant Protein |
2 | tablespoons real maple syrup |
Directions
In blender, add yogurt, frozen banana slices, 1/4 cup peanut butter and maple syrup. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, stopping blender to push down mixture or scrape sides as needed.
Pour into 2 serving bowls. Top each with suggested toppings. Serve immediately.
Suggested Toppings:
½ cup granola
1 medium banana, sliced
2 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter Blended with Plant Protein
1 tablespoon shaved dark chocolate
