Grill sweet and juicy corn on the cob to perfection, then coat it in a delicious and creamy mixture of crema, mayo, and garlic, which adds a burst of flavor and richness. To finish, the street corn is rolled in crushed CORN NUTS® Mexican Style Street Corn Kernels for an extra satisfying crunch.

6 | ears corn on cob |
¼ | cup crema |
¼ | cup mayonnaise |
1 | clove garlic, minced |
1 | (4-ounce) package CORN NUTS® Mexican Style Street Corn Kernels, crushed |
Additional crema and chopped cilantro, for garnish |
Directions
Prepare grill for medium-high heat.
Pull back husks and remove silk from corn. Rinse under cold water.
Grill corn 8 to 10 minutes, turning often, or until hot and browned on all sides.
In bowl combine crema, mayonnaise and garlic. Brush mixture onto cooked corn. Roll each in crushed CORN NUTS® Mexican Style Street Corn Kernels.
Garnish with additional crema and chopped cilantro.
