
Ingredients
1 | (32-ounce) bag frozen potato nuggets |
2 | cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided |
1 | (16-ounce) package LLOYD’S® Seasoned Shredded Beef in Original BBQ Sauce |
1 | Roma tomatoes, chopped |
1 | jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced |
2 | tablespoons chopped cilantro, if desired |
½ | cup sour cream for serving, if desired |
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F. Line large rimmed baking pan with parchment or foil. Bake potato nuggets according to package directions.
Sprinkle potatoes with 1 cup cheese. Top with shredded beef. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and meat is hot.
Top with tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, cilantro and sour cream, if desired.
