1 | large apple, chopped |
1 | banana, mashed |
½ | cup applesauce |
⅓ | cup Justin’s® Honey Almond Butter |
⅓ | cup sugar |
¼ | cup brown sugar |
2 | teaspoons vanilla |
Topping | |

¼ | cup oats |
¼ | cup Justin’s® Honey Almond Butter |
2 | tablespoons brown sugar |
¼ | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions
For the Bread
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 9-inch loaf pan.
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cloves.
In large bowl, combine apple, banana, applesauce, almond butter, sugars and vanilla. Add flour mixture, stirring until just moistened. Pour into prepared pan.
For the Topping
In small bowl, mix all topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of bread mixture.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
