Ingredients

 
2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup diced fresh tomato
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons CHI-CHI’S® diced green chilies, drained
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon HERB-OX® chicken granulated bouillon
hot pepper sauce, if desired
tortilla chips
assorted vegetables

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, mash together avocados and lemon juice.

  2. Stir in tomato, cilantro, chilies, onion, garlic, bouillon and hot sauce; mix well.

  3. Serve guacamole with chips and assorted vegetables for dipping.
