2 pounds frozen corn
1 stick butter
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn and butter to pan. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently or until heated through.

  2. Add parsley, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
