Ingredients
2 | pounds frozen corn |
1 | stick butter |
¼ | cup chopped fresh parsley |
2 | teaspoons chopped fresh thyme |
Salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn and butter to pan. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently or until heated through.
Add parsley, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
