1 ripe avocado
1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 cup fresh basil leaves
½ cup water
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Crudités to serve

Directions

  1. In blender container or food processor bowl, process all ingredients until smooth.
    Serve with crudités.
