⅓ | cup plus 2 tablespoons coconut flour |

⅛ | teaspoon cinnamon |
3 | ripe bananas, mashed (1 ½ cups) |
½ | cup Justin’s® Honey Peanut Butter |
3 | eggs |
1 | tablespoon maple syrup |
1 | tablespoon coconut oil, melted and cooled |
½ | teaspoon vanilla |
Topping | |

2 | (1.4-ounce) packages Justin’s® Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, cut into small pieces |
⅓ | cup banana chips |
Directions
For the Bread
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch loaf pan with coconut oil or line with parchment paper.
In small bowl, combine coconut flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
In medium bowl, beat together bananas, peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla with mixer until creamy. Beat in flour mixture until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
For the Topping
Top bread with Toppings. Bake an additional 20 minutes or until bread begins to pull away from the side of the pan.
Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
