3 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 medium tart apple, such as Granny Smith, cored and quartered
½ large navel orange unpeeled, scrubbed, quartered and seeded
cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Pulse cranberries, apple and orange in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to bowl.

  2. Stir in sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cover.

  3. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or up to 3 days.
