Ingredients
1 Sandwich
2 | croissants |
2 | tablespoons butter |
2 | teaspoons honey |
1 | teaspoon fig jam |
¼ | cup arugula |
6 | slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Cherrywood Smoked Deli Ham |
3 | slices brie cheese |
2 | teaspoons chopped toasted pecans |
Directions
Flatten croissants with a rolling pin.
In medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Place flattened croissants in pan. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, flattening with back of spatula, or until golden brown and crispy. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey before flipping over to brown other side. Remove from pan.
Top one croissant with fig jam, arugula, ham, cheese and pecans. Top with remaining croissant.
