Ingredients
½ | cup firmly packed light brown sugar |
½ | cup apple cider |
¼ | cup balsamic vinegar |
2 | tablespoons soy sauce |
2 | teaspoons coarse-grain mustard |
1 | teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
½ | teaspoon garlic powder |
¼ | cup water |
1 | tablespoon cornstarch |
Directions
In small saucepan, over medium heat, combine brown sugar and next six ingredients.
In small bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch. Whisk cornstarch mixture into brown sugar mixture and bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer two minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve with ham.
