Ingredients
3 | tablespoons jalapeno jelly |
1 | tablespoon soy sauce |
1 | (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Premium Jalapeño Bacon, cut in half |
1 | pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
2 | tablespoons olive oil |
Directions
In small bowl, combine jalapeño jelly and soy sauce.
Cook bacon, in batches, in microwave, covered with paper towels on HIGH 2 minutes.
Wrap bacon around shrimp and secure with wooden picks.
Brush jelly mixture over shrimp.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side or until bacon and shrimp are cooked through.
