4 | cups spring mix baby greens |
1 | cup grape tomatoes halves |
2 | hard cooked eggs, chopped |
1 | (8-ounce) packages WHOLLY® Diced Avocado |
1 | cup chopped English cucumber |
4 | ounces blue cheese, crumbled |
¼ | cup sliced red onion |

Lemon Dijon Dressing | |
---|---|
½ | cup olive oil |
¼ | cup lemon juice |
2 | tablespoons Dijon mustard |
1 | teaspoon honey |
Salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
Cook bacon according to package directions. Cool and crumble.
Compose ingredients on serving dish. Serve with Lemon Dijon Dressing.
