Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
1 (13.8-ounce) refrigerated pizza dough
80 slices HORMEL® Pepperoni, divided
Nonstick cooking spray
30 snap peas
30 grape tomatoes
10 skewers

Directions

  1. Heat air fryer to 400°F. In bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and green chilies; mix well.

  2. On flat surface, roll pizza dough into 15×6-inch rectangle. Cut into 10 squares. Place 4 pepperoni slices and ¼ cup cheese mixture on each dough square. Wrap dough around pepperoni and cheese, pinching seams to seal.

  3. Spray each dough ball with cooking spray and place in air fryer. Air fry 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Depending on the size of air fryer, several batches may be required. Cool 1 to 2 minutes. Thread 3 snap peas, 3 grape tomatoes, 4 pepperoni slices and 1 popper on each skewer.
