¼ | teaspoon pepper |
1½ | tablespoons Mexican crema |
¼ | cup crumbled Cotija cheese |
1½ | tablespoons chopped cilantro |
Sauce | |

2 | tablespoons mayonnaise |
1½ | tablespoons LA VICTORIA® Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa Verde |
½ | teaspoon chili powder |
½ | teaspoon paprika |
Directions
Cut corn lengthwise into quarters (8 quarters total).
In small bowl, combine olive oil with next 4 ingredients: brush on corn. Air fry at 390° F 6 to 7 minutes, turning after 3 minutes.
Pour sauce over corn. Drizzle with crema. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
For the Sauce
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salsa verde, chili powder and paprika.
