Ingredients

 
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
1½ tablespoons Mexican crema
¼ cup crumbled Cotija cheese
1½ tablespoons chopped cilantro
Sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1½ tablespoons LA VICTORIA® Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa Verde
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Cut corn lengthwise into quarters (8 quarters total).

  2. In small bowl, combine olive oil with next 4 ingredients: brush on corn. Air fry at 390° F 6 to 7 minutes, turning after 3 minutes.

  3. Pour sauce over corn. Drizzle with crema. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.

For the Sauce

  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salsa verde, chili powder and paprika.
