Operation Gratitude annually sends 200,000+ care packages filled with snacks, entertainment, hygiene and hand-made items, plus personal letters of appreciation to New Recruits, Veterans, First Responders, Wounded Warriors, Caregivers and individually-named U.S. Service Members deployed overseas.
