Hormel Foods Adds New Features to Recipe Web site

Austin, Minn.

Hormel Foods Corporation (NYSE: HRL) today announced the launch of its redesigned recipe Web site at http://www.hormelrecipes.com.

Many of the company’s well-known brands — Hormel®, SPAM®, Jennie-O Turkey Store®, CHI-CHI’S® , Herdez® and Valley Fresh® — are featured throughout the site.

-Recipe ratings — Scoring recipes on a five-star scale drives the recipes featured throughout the Web site; and
-Gluten-free recipes — Clearly labeled recipes make it easy to find meal solutions for those with special diets.
