Boulder County will be front and center next week at one of the largest natural, organic and healthy products trade shows in the world.
Natural Products Expo West starts Tuesday in Anaheim, Calif.
…
Boulder is home to premier brands such as Justin’s ( maker of speciality nut butter and nut butter snacks that in 2016 was acquired by Hormel Foods for $286 million); the organic granola and oatmeal company Purely Elizabeth, in which General Mills in 2017 invested $3 million; and growing brands such as Rowdy Mermaid, which recently secured $3.5 million in investor funds.
Participation in the expo means new opportunities for brand exposure, networking and sales and distribution opportunities, said Clif Harald, executive director of the Boulder Economic Council, who will be attending the expo.
