Try this: Make a frittata and that can last for several days. Simply beat eggs in a bowl and add a Whole30-compliant protein (ground turkey, sugar-free bacon or Applegate Chicken Sausage are good choices) kale, and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper or kick things up with red pepper flakes, garlic powder, or turmeric. Bake till fluffy and cooked through. Reheat a serving every morning.
