4 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Microwave Ready Bacon
Non-stick cooking spray
1 egg
pinch freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
English muffin, split and toasted
¼ avocado, sliced
Hot sauce, if desired

Directions

  1. Cook bacon according to package directions.

  2. Spray inside of microwave-safe, flat-bottomed bowl or cup roughly the size of your sandwich.

  3. Add egg, salt, pepper, and 2 teaspoons water; mix with fork until combined. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave 30 seconds or until egg puffs up. Add cheese. Microwave 15 to 30 seconds or until egg is just set and cheese is melted.

  4. Using a small spatula, transfer egg mixture to English muffin half. Top with avocado and bacon. Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired. Top with muffin top.

Microwave Bacon and Egg Wrap

2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon oil
2 (6-inch) tortillas
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Cook bacon according to package directions.

  2. In bowl, beat eggs with fork. Add milk, salt and pepper. Beat until well blended.

  3. In small skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add egg mixture. Cook and stir until soft scrambled.

  4. Place tortillas on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 30 to 60 seconds or until heated.

  5. Spoon scrambled eggs down center of each tortilla. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese. Place two slices bacon over eggs and cheese. Roll into wrap.

  6. Kitchen tip: Make your scrambled eggs in the microwave:

    Directions: In microwave safe bowl, beat eggs with fork. Add milk, salt and pepper until blended. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds. Stir. Microwave until eggs are almost set, 30 to 45 seconds longer.

Bacon Avocado Toast

Avocado toast can be as simple or as fancy as you please. Pressed for time? We have a few tricks up our sleeve to cut the prep and cook time down on this classic recipe. Substitute BLACK LABEL® Microwave Ready Bacon for a time-saving shortcut, swap WHOLLY® Smashed Avocado for the half avocado to avoid the hassle of slicing and pitting. 2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
2 pizza sauce
½ shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare griddle for medium heat. Lightly spray 1 side of each tortilla with cooking spray.

  2. Place 1 tortilla on griddle sprayed side down. Spread pizza sauce evenly over tortilla. Layer half the cheese, pepperoni, and remaining cheese. Top with remaining tortilla.

  3. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over; cook additional 3 to 4 minutes. Cut into wedges.

Pepperoni Bagel Pizza

cup pizza sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
