The Mensink family shares their recipe for Grilled Babyback Ribs

It’s not an easy profession, nor is it without its challenges, but as far as Dave Mensink is concerned, being a farmer is the best job in the world. His wife, Tracie, even calls it a blessing. They stand at the helm of Mensink Farms, a Preston, Minn., family business that produces livestock and crops for Hormel Foods – and just as often – for anyone who happens to stop by.
