How do I prepare my Hormel® Cure 81® boneless ham?

Here are our instructions for making a delicious HORMEL® CURE 81® boneless ham.

To Heat

  1. Remove ham from the package and place largest cut surface face down in a baking pan.
  2. Add 1/2 cup water to the pan.
  3. Cover pan securely with nonstick foil.
  4. Bake at 325º F for 20 minutes per pound or until warmed through.

FOR OPTIMUM TENDERNESS, DO NOT OVERCOOK!
The optimum serving temperature for ham is 135ºF-140ºF.

For extra flavor, try one of these delicious glazes:

  1. Peach Ginger Glaze
  2. Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glaze
  3. Apple Honey Glaze
  4. Pineapple Rum Glaze
  5. Orange Bourbon Glaze
