The final result is a moist and tender ham that provides great texture and flavor.
The newest addition to the Hormel® Cure 81® family is Hormel® Cure 81® oven ready spiral sliced half ham. This premium bone-in spiral ham is packaged in a convenient, oven-ready bag. The bag’s Fool-Proof™ technology allows consumers to take the ham straight from the fridge to the oven - no handling and no mess. It also seals in the natural juices, providing a moist and juicy ham every time.
In addition to Cure 81® ham, Hormel Foods offers consumers an all natural dinner ham. Hormel® Natural Choice® ham has no preservatives and is 100 percent natural with no artificial colors or flavors, and no added nitrites or nitrates, leaving only great taste.

Most Hormel® ham products are available throughout the year in the smoked meat section of major grocery stores nationwide. Hormel® Cure 81® oven ready spiral sliced half ham is available starting early November through early January and in April at select grocers nationwide.
