Research and Development
The R&D team consists of Food Technologists, Sensory Analysts and Research Scientists, as well as Product Development Chefs to prepare our wonderful creations. Our entry-level food technologist will be working independently to develop new food products and processes in the laboratory and pilot plant.
The R&D team works closely with Marketing, Operations and other R&D managers and will create, conduct, analyze and report the results of research to these colleagues.

Food Technologists play a vital role in developing new products and bringing them to life. Working within Research and Development, these employees use our pilot production facilities to initiate and nurture new product ideas as well as improve existing products or processes. You also may revise formulas for existing products, develop the right mix for a new product, collaborate on new packaging concepts or pursue patent protection on new projects.
