We are looking for energetic problem-solvers with great analytical and interpersonal skills. In Hormel Foods Quality Assurance Management, you'll be managing the processes and safety issues that are a major factor in the food industry. If you have any of the following degrees, you've got what we're searching for: Food Science, Food Technology, Agricultural Business, Mathematics, Industrial Management, Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Industrial Technology, Business Administration or a similar degree.
Hormel Foods has built its reputation on quality products and you'll be a part of that. And along with your responsibility to Hormel Foods, you're also responsible to consumers and government regulatory agencies. Because today, more than ever, there's growing concern about food safety and quality.
As keeper of our quality tradition, you'll do everything from serving on task forces and supervising employees to conducting studies and analyzing test results, all to ensure that our processes result in a continual flow of uniform quality products. You'll be asked to think creatively and to be involved with a product development team, where your creativity will stand out as you address time and safety issues. You'll keep in touch with consumers' needs through your work facilitating projects with Research and Development, Marketing and Sales.
Of course, you can count on a thorough training program and the support of your peers and mentors. As you gain experience and prove your abilities, you'll be given bigger responsibilities.
